Fear & Fail is dedicated to becoming authentic by showing your fears, your vulnerability to others and thus allowing them to connect on a deeper level.
Do not judge : When people tell their stories of fail and their related fears try not to judge but simply listen. On a deeper level you will recognize that despite all differences you experience the same feelings.
Try to help: If you listen closely you just might come across a thought or a question that really helps the storyteller to gain deeper insight. Do Not hesitate to offer this help with full respect.
Reflect: How does the story you listen to relate to you and your life? Where do you see fields to grow personally?
