Anti-Qabilist Movement combat tribalism and inequality and dedicated in the long journey to resolve tribalism, social inequality and promote tolerant and inclusive societies. We encourages and enables people to make Somalia a better place to live. At a tribal level, people are more emotional and consequently less logical, fans of both teams pray for their team to win, hoping God will take sides in a game. On the other hand, we regress to tribalism when afraid. This is an evolutionary advantage that would lead to the group cohesion and help us fight the other tribes to survive. We have enormous political challenges because we no longer value or know how to live like tribes, to make rules together, to develop consensus, to work out difficult problems without calling for outside help. In fact, tribes real tribes provide a great deal of meaning, community and connection, every ethnic group has its own cultural features and may, therefore, have something of value to contribute to the way of life of the country or region of which it forms a part. 
Have respect for each other: - Respect each other’s ideas
- Respect the other members
- Don’t interrupt each other
- Everyone’s opinion should count
- Be honest with each other
Effective communication.: - Make sure everyone is able to be vocal about their ideas and problems
- Give ideas no matter how off you may think they are
- Listen effectively
- Don’t be critical
No Hate Speech or Bullying: Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture or identity will not be tolerated
