Rules are to be followed in Sprit not in words.
Refer the club rules:
Moderator: The moderator should define the boundaries of the topic and try and keep the discussion within the boundaries. Mic blinking could be used to select speaker.
Speaker: The speaker should respect the boundary set by the moderator. The speaker should try and make his or her point concisely. If the speaker is responding to a previous speaker, keep it consise. eg. O.SM!
Listner: Hey you. Your viewpoint would enhance the discussion. Wait your turn to speak.
