Back to You was created by Jia-Ping Lee, the founder of Tempatico, in collaboration with Andrew Ng from Scaling People Asia. They both came together when through their work, they encountered many people young and old alike, who were overwhelmed. Many of their lives have been disrupted and careers even halted due to this pandemic. There is also an increased sense of isolation brought on by the enforced lockdowns happening all over the world.

Our goal is to help provide clarity and a sense of calm amidst all this confusion, to help you drill down to the basics - what gives you joy and what doesn't, what motivates you and what doesn't. Uncovering these questions can help you establish a clearer pathway in your life and give you the confidence to move forward.
