This group was created to create a safe space for people to discuss the topic at hand. We are open to dialogue and respect each and everyone’s point of view or opinion. This group is for growth and understanding, learning how to effectively communicate, and learning to agree to disagree respectfully
RESPECT EVERYONE: Make sure you show respect to everyone regardless if you agree or not with what they’re saying. We’re all adults.
Listen to understand not to respond: Allow people to finish their statements and land their points. To prevent interruptions state: “I am done” at the end of your point.
Know how to communicate: If you want to allow dialogue while speaking start your point by saying: “I don’t mind dialogue”
