The first and largest group of dermatologists on Clubhouse.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭?

Dermatologists are physicians who completed the following:

- undergraduate and MCAT
- medical school and board exams
- one year internship
- three year dermatology residency
- optional subspecialty fellowship
- ABD/AOBD/Canada board examination

After this training, dermatologists emerge as experts on:
- Skin, hair, and nails
- Acne, eczema, psoriasis
- Adult and pediatric dermatology
- Skin cancer and surgical dermatology
- Mohs surgery and reconstruction
- Dermatopathology and dermoscopy
- Laser, devices, injectables and cosmetics

We also work closely with other non-dermatologists in the healthcare team, like pharmacists, midlevels, estheticians, nurses (NP, RN), physician’s assistants (PA), and our patients!
All members are board certified dermatologists: This is a community enforced effort, please let an admin know if this rule isn’t being followed. Members can invite anyone they wish pending admin approval. Non-BCDs will be removed.
All members are physicians (MD, DO, MBBS): This is redundant with rule #1, but worth pointing out.
