Hello!👋🏾 My name is Saphire💙, and I’m a certified yoga instructor and self-taught meditation teacher. This group will use different forms of sound therapy 🎼 including sound bowls🔮 melodic beats🎀 poetic flows 🎤 and other healing noises ☯️. Come relax and ready to unwind for at least an hour. We will also talk other healing methods such as using crystals💎! Namastè with love 💕(Mondays and Fridays)
