Description

The PURPOSE of this club is to help people, Christians, understand and enjoy the Bible.

The MISSION of this club is to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ by proclaiming the whole council of God according to the revelation of the MYSTERY.

The GOALS of this club are to evangelize the lost, to educate the saved in "rightly dividing the Word of truth" (2 Tim. 2:15), to energize their Christian lives, and to encourage those who lost hope.

We encourage saints to have a Bible reading time by themselves and for themselves. We teach people to take the Bible literally. The literal approach of Biblical interpretation recognizes the normal use of figurative language while accepting the natural meaning as the intended meaning.

God, who has created man and given language as the means of communication uses NORMAL LANGUAGE to communicate with man through His Word which includes both figurative and precise language. Any given passage of Scripture has only one meaning and we are to study to properly understand it.

We encourage saints to identity the difference between The BODY OF CHRIST and ISRAEL. Their calling and hope is totally different.

“Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;”
— Colossians 1:25 (KJV)

“of which I -- I did become a ministrant according to the dispensation of God, that was given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God,”
— Colossians 1:25 (YLT)

The 12 Golden Rules of Conversation:

1. Avoid unnecessary details.
2. Don’t ask question number 2 until number one has been answered.
3. Don’t interrupt another while he/she is speaking.
4. Do not contradict another, especially when the subject under discussion is of trivial importance.
5. Do Not do all the talking; give your tired listener a chance.
6. Be not continually the hero of your own story; and, on the other hand, do not leave your story without a hero.
7. Choose subject of mutual interest.
8. Be a good listener.
9. Make your speech in harmony with your surroundings.
10. Do not exaggerate.
11. Indulge occasionally in a relevant quotation but do not garble it.
12. Cultivate tact.
