This is a space for dads to come find community, resources & support.
🌟 We are a dynamic group of fathers who come from many backgrounds & even parts of the world.
🫂 What we hold in common is our desire to encourage, empower, and inspire other dads in their pursuit to develop themselves & care for their families.
🧠 We recognize that we cannot help others if we do not first help ourselves-so we promote an atmosphere that helps us both recognize & sustain the state of our own mental health.
💡Although this is primarily a safe space for men to join & share their experiences as parents and partners, this remains an inclusive environment.
📲 Most rooms are open discussions and dialogues with all individuals who decide to join us!
