Join our nonprofit as we discuss lessons we learn from helping the episodically homeless in Houston. We aim to create a space to share, develop, and execute solutions for poverty and homelessness. Topics include mental health barriers, accessing benefits, cultural disparities, creating systems for stability, gaps in services, and many other issues impacting the financially and housing insecure. Join us on our journey and become a part of the team. 🏡 🤝❤️
Common courtesy: Be respectful of one another and speak in turn. Do not talk over others when you are on the stage. To request to speak, click the hand icon at the bottom and moderator will bring you to the stage.
No hate speech: This is a safe space. No discriminating opinions, slander, or hateful speech will be tolerated. You will be kicked out if you choose to not comply.
Participate: We encourage discussion and welcome any ideas and stories which are relevant to the room’s topic. Feel free to share with us your thoughts and comments.
