Mission- Encouraging the youth to step out of their comfort zone by building their self-esteem so they become leaders while setting positive examples for their peers as well as the community.


Vision- OCE aims to make positive advocates out of the next generation and create a quality lifestyle for our youth. The goal of the Positive Imprint Movement is to instill in our students higher standards for themselves and others in the hopes that they will gain upstanding values that they can, in turn, pass on to next generation. Values such as character, honesty, commitment, respect, and awareness of how they treat people will enable our students to become leaders, continuing the mission of the Positive Imprint Movement.
