Welcome to the club designed to co-create a wellbeing first-aid rescue. We are here to share knowledge & provide a safe & nurturing place for you to reflect, reset, renew & elevate on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Engage in our real conversations that are curated around different life-enhancing topics each week. Our aim is that together we will all leave each meeting with more understanding, healing, manifestation and joy.

Club administrators host discussions within these rooms:

The club is co-hosted by Rosalyn Palmer (transformational therapist/coach & broadcaster) with Carol Benson (author & joy strategist), Lee-Ann Cordingley (yoga teacher & online Women’s Circle host) & Warren Falkenstein (spiritual thought leader & energy healer). Follow the members as we are all here to help you take better care of yourself on every level, to upscale your life and increase your joy.
