Live Beat cookups and auction for exclusive rights, bids starting at $100. And 50$ for lease if no bidding
Bidding begins after beat has been completed: If no bid u can purchase a lease at $50. You may interact even though u only want a lease.
Starting bid at $100 for exclusive rights: You may interact during beat making process, but bidding starts after beat has been arranged.
All beats are from scratch made every 30-40 mins: I will record and compose a track to the appeal of the room every 30-40 mins. Bidding will be about 5 mins, and we will continue to the next. You only have the option to purchase lease of no bidding
