Sisters Circle

A communal safe space to engage in culturally relevant sharing’s and a place for collective healing practices that meets the unique needs of 21st century women. A community of women across varied diaspora to share and to receive support and strength for bodies, minds, and spirits, for the journey of life. A platform for sisters to gather, connect and transform – together.

Open discussions (there is no pressure to speak and always an opportunity to pass and return to anyone who needs time to process their thoughts).

We will do a guided ritual around releasing what no longer serves us.

We will finish up with a guided meditation before closing the circle.
