Respect & Discipline: Understand those two words! There are behaviors that will never be tolerated: interrupting Mods✳️, interjecting, getting off point, avoiding/not answering direct questions, and speaking for others.
Logic Over Everything: Do not state “facts” you cannot back up. Speak to the majority aka preponderance of evidence. You should not qualify or quantify your answer unless merited. Do not answer a question with a question!
We Empathize Not Sympathize: Sensitivity has no place here especially when it comes to growth. We have a no excuses approach. Accountability is mandatory and deflection is unnecessary. Trust the process, the 🐕 will be walked!
