Personally realizing that fact that your working out in your mind before you get to the gym. The process that's undergone in the mind before arriving to the actual gym is most prominent in the experience. Changing the c in physical to a k for our “knowing” that this process is mental and spiritual before it's physical. Knowing that our fitness is beyond just physical is the first and only step necessary to be successful in the process.
