We are ready to put you on a pathway to HANDLE YOUR FITNESS. We at Bad Ass, along with leaders in the fitness, medical, military, and tactical professions have all assisted in the development of our curriculum. We have select particular techniques used throughout various styles of functional training such as Core Stabilization, Plyometric, Isometric, Metabolic Training, Unilateral Training fused with Combat Training, and other high-intensity interval training exercise techniques to deliver results.
