香港中立派的主旨是 打破冷战时期 东方 vs 西方 的对立、消除种族歧视。 法国无政府主义者 Proudhon 说：「私有财产即盗窃」，共产主义提倡 私有财产的再分配，是对 西方经济霸权的一种合理反击。 然而，文革的惨痛经历 告诉我们，否定自由市场经济的结果是灾难性的。我们如何在「盗窃」的背景下重新建立正常的秩序？ 这是我们这个时代要解答的问题。

Our stance is to break away from East-vs-West antagonism of the Cold-War era, to eliminate racial discrimination on a global stage. As the French anarchist Proudhon said, "property is theft"; thus Communism arose as a justifiable reaction against Western economic order. However, the tragedy of the Cultural Revolution reminds us that denial of free-market economics is disastrous. The urgent problem we face now is how to re-establish order from a backdrop of "kleptocracy" and to "normalize" our relation with the rest of the world.
