BE HONEST: We want this Club to be a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through. When you’re open about your experiences, everyone can learn from what you’ve been through, including you!
BE KIND: But its also important to be kind. Motherhood can be lonely, vulnerable and scary for a lot of Mums, even if you are doing just fine. Whatever you have to say, frame it with kindness.
BE FAIR: What may work for you, may not work for others. Everyone’s experience of motherhood is different! Listen with your heart and try not to judge. Perspective matters.
