YORUBA CENTRAL OFFICE RUSSIA. There are two groups: “Staff and Stakeholders”.

The Staff will be trained, registered with ID Cards.
The Stakeholders are the Ordinary Members that represent their local dialects, they are the ones that will vote to select the board members. The stakeholders will donate money and resources to run the Office.

If you have those that want to be stakeholders then I will create another platform for them.

The staff are the workers. They are the ones that answer "Honourable".
