Regarding my real estate journey:
My real estate journey started out in residential sales as an agent in 1996, and then I evolved over 20 years to become an investor, and a real estate developer.
I discovered the beauty of investing in larger multifamily properties in 2018, and quickly realized the economies of scale and how it can offer far superior yields; making every dollar work harder and produce more growth in less time with less volatility than stocks. I love apartment investing. It is an equal opportunity creator of wealth with the right team. In apartment investing, a good team is critical.
About my personal journey:
On a personal note, I lead a multi-dimensional creative life including a lifelong connection to music, songwriting, dance, audio visual creative works, and a love for motorcycling. I also love people and I love to see people unleash their fullest potential. I love to see them rise and do extraordinary things.
My love for people and the extraordinary human potential is the reason I became a coach in 2017 beginning as a Certified HeartMath Coach & Trainer, which grew as a result of doing my personal inner-work and resulted in the transformation that helped me to unleash my authenticity through emotional self-regulation, and the mastery of my personal energy.
My growth as a professional coach has since expanded to include a Level 1 Life Coach certification through the Life Coach Institute; an organization accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My ultimate aspiration is to earn the ICF's Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential for maximum impact in this lifetime.
This work is so meaningful and so positively transformational. I love helping people realize the power & wisdom they already possess to co-create a better future; a future led by the heart in alignment with the mind. This alignment between heart and mind is called being in coherence; the very first step to any meaningful change.
I am very passionate about conscious business, conscious capital, impact investing and working with conscious business leaders and founders who share the belief that business can be a force for good in the world. I envision a world where more leaders wake up to a greater purpose to help co-create a compassionate global future.
