I’m a holistic Physical Therapist who teaches women simple and sustainable wellness practices that are customized to fit their unique lifestyle. I’m an Instinctive Meditation® practitioner and certified Yoga teacher and I love to share the profound benefits of Instinctive Meditation® and Yoga👩🏻‍⚕️🧘🏻‍♀️📿

As humans we wait until we’re in pain before we really pay attention to our bodies, and believe that we’re too busy to take care of our needs until we burn out. The more reason we have to make time for ourself, so we can do the things we love without having to end up in pain and stress.

A holistic approach which combines many years of experience as a physical therapist, yoga teacher & meditation guide, while tapping into my intuition to sense what your physical body and psyche need the most at any given time is how I craft a personalized practice for you with your bio-individuality in mind.

I experienced post partum depression, and I had to fight to survive through the darkest moments of my life. It was like an out of body experience where I was looking at an empty shell of myself going through the motions of life, and I didn’t know how to not lose myself in the process which is what happened in the first 2 years after my last child was born. And it was through Yoga that I learned to re-connect with myself, find a path to reclaim my sovereignty, and realize that I’m here for a purpose so much bigger than myself.
