A virtual incubator for folxs who have an interest in and passion for or desire to be in diversity, social justice, human rights and accessibility.
Club Objectives:
- Provide a space for folxs to share, engage, learn and challenge each other in a generative manner;
- Serve as a knowledge exchange center as it relates to Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Accessibility;
- Be the sounding board and venting room for folxs who have to sacrificially navigate space to bring about equitable change

Share the Air & Authentically Engage : Allow everyone to share, being conscious of how much space you as well as other are taking up
Allowing folks to speak their own mind, opinions, truth and to speak candidly
Respect & Empower over Dismissal : Do not discount another or yourself, by way of persuading statements, hypothetical scenarios, or questioning intent – your lived experience is your truth and is valid
De-Center Privilege: Refocus the voices, opinions, perspectives and historically non-dominant identities that are vital to the conversation and are most impacted
