Aiming at a creating a space where people feel safe, welcome & at ease. Conversations will revolve around mental health struggles at the intersection of various aspects of our lives. Everyone is welcome.
Schedule:
Tuesday | Finger Snaps : A room for positive affirmations, compliments to one another & good energy all around
Thursday | Deep-dive : An in-depth conversation into all things mental health
Sunday | Free Hugs : An open forum for discussion & shared experiences
