How you feel matters. 🧠 And being able to express your emotions matters too. 🗣But more importantly how you make the children feel matters even more! 👷🏽🧕🏽So I created this safe space so you may talk freely about the challenges you are facing with the children in as far as loss is concerned and also so you express yourself without fear of judgement. Let’s talk about the effects of COVID-19 & the lockdown on the mind on the young minds, how they are processing lost school time, loss of loved ones etc and what you are doing in order to overcome depression, anxiety, and about forgiveness etc.❤️
