Description

Our club meets weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for peer support. We also run weekly panel discussions with experts on various topics of interest to our members.

Scroll through our Clubhouse calendar to see our upcoming events.

We welcome everyone interested in discussing Bipolar in general. Whether you’re on a bipolar journey of your own or have a loved one affected, please join us for a safe environment to explore and learn more.

In general, we are “consumers” of mental health services not “providers”, i.e. patients not doctors. Disclaimer: nothing discussed in our rooms is intended as advice. Consult your professional care team as always before considering changes.

We thrive on sharing experiences and learning from each other. There is nothing like the camaraderie and support that comes from sharing with others who “get it” because they’ve been there!

Be respectful: Wait for the person currently speaking to finish, and refrain from interrupting. When you'd like to speak, un-mute and wait a second before starting to talk to avoid a conflict.
All viewpoints on room topics are invited: We believe that the best audience engagement occurs when we share experiences from our wide variety of backgrounds, and when we express views from our wide variety of viewpoints.
We are patients not nurses or doctors: We are “users” of medical services not “providers”. Nothing said in these rooms should be considered as advice. Consult your Dr and care team.
